The most effective way to visually articulate a story or article is by using some form of illustration. This can be found in mainstream media everywhere, for example the internet, T.V. and journals. There really are no limits to the kinds of mediums that can be chosen to create illustrations. The artists who are responsible for this tend to specialise in a special niche and style, using a particular or favourite medium, like painting, drawing or digital pens.

Women have become a significant part of every single organization and have made an impression in the eyes of the government as well as other organization. Women no longer stay in their prescribed houses and wait for their husbands to come, they have moved on.

Many scientific studies conducted over many years comparing men and women, have found out that women make better business people. This they say can be attributed to their ability to multi task. And their multi taking ability is a notch higher than that of men. They are also able negotiators and more likely to maintain healthy business relationships.

It is almost certain that a country's economic progress could never happen without a sufficient number of entrepreneurs. These are people who are prepared to risk starting new enterprises whether they are prepared or not. Of the millions of enterprises created in the last hundred years, a handful became conglomerates and household names. Amazingly, the rest, often described as small and medium enterprises provides for eighty per cent of employment. It is thus clear that we need people with the entrepreneur's mindset to keep our economic progress going.

I coach and consult with many small businesses about starting or buying, and then running a small business. We work together on streamlining processes, hiring staff, developing a marketing strategy to allow for increased income to pursue their dreams. But there is more to understand than the nuts and bolts of running a business.
